Our designers take pride in their listening skills. During our first meeting at your property, we develop a list of your likes, dislikes, styles, and desires for your outdoor living space. For example, if you say "no yellow", your final plan will contain NO yellow. Many times our customers will have a specific list of plants they want included in a design. We try to accommodate everyone's ideas, but we are not afraid to let you know when and why something won't fit the landscape. We accurately measure your area and catalog all existing features, structures, and the sites environmental conditions. We take all this information back to our design studio and lay out a plan that encompasses all of your information. The final plan is to a 1/8"=1' scale and is presented at our Nursery Center where you can see the exact plants and sizes used in your current proposal. We can divide your installation into phases to suit your budget and timeline. All our designs include low maintenance, a mix of color for every season, and inclusion of (yes, I'll use the term) "hardscaping" to complete your outdoor living space. Our final touch is to recommend outdoor lighting. Outdoor lighting ensures use of your outdoor space at night and can also bring the beauty of your landscape lighting indoors in the evening through your window.

No matter what the scope of the job, all of our customers receive a detailed contract listing all the plants and materials with sizes and quantities and a full description of work to be performed. The contract documents also detail our guarantee, and your responsibilities as the property owner.

Once we do work for you, we are your consultants for life. Any questions you have or any guidance you need will be responded to in a timely manner. Our 2-year replacement guarantee is honored without question. Upon your request our designers will visit your site to give care instructions such as how to prune or fertilize your plants. We will also prepare an estimate for our experts to maintain your landscape for you.
