Common Questions that People Hesitate to Ask:

Q: Do I need to be present when work is in progress?
A: No, it is not necessary. Our designers pay close attention to your expectations and any specific instructions you may have. Our foremen are made aware of all information needed to complete the job to your satisfaction. However, if you'd like to stay home and observe, we always welcome it!

Q: Can I trust the guys who are working out in my yard?
A: To date we have never had a complaint regarding missing or damaged personal property. Our foremen and crews are professional and trustworthy. They are frequently complimented on their courtesy and their integrity. Anything less would not be tolerated by us!

Q: If I have a question or concern is my designer the only one I can talk to?
A: No, it is perfectly acceptable to speak with the crew foreman regarding any concerns. If the foreman is unable to assist you with your concerns, he has the ability to contact your designer or the proper person to find the answers you need.

Q: Am I expected to allow the use of my restroom facilities for the foreman and crew?
A: No, we never expect anyone to open his or her home to our crews. Use of facilities is always greatly appreciated, but certainly not expected.

Q: Am I supposed to tip the foreman and/or crew?
A: People do on occasion tip our workers for doing an exceptional job, but tips are never expected!

All of your questions are important to us no matter how silly they may seem to you. We also value your comments (positive or negative). Please feel free to contact us anytime!
